AFPVR is the only club with permission from Adelaide City Council (ACC) to fly model aircraft with FPV video gear in the parklands. The core location for this is in Veale Gardens in the South Parklands. This location is the key location where all major club events are held.
The club is always searching for new and interesting locations where the owner has provided permission for AFPVR members to fly in, so if you know of other locations please get in contact with the Club President or Secretary.

Community Locations
As we know there are club members located all around Adelaide the following groups have been setup so that you can find people in your local area to get together and go flying outside of the main club organised events.
Northern Flyers
We currently don't have a Northern flying champion. Perhaps you would like to start a Northern group?
Southern Flyers
The Southerners are a lively bunch, from flying FPV Quads through to Flying FPV Planes.
Eastern Flyers
The Eastern group is pretty well developed and flies in many locations depending on the mood.
Western Flyers
Our "West Siders" have started to build a small collection of locations that are suitable for all types.
